It's great actually. I did it a couple of years ago. Good instructors and a nice setup there. But it's not worth the $600. If you were going to go 5 out of 7 days per week it would be worth it. But most of us don't have time for that. Too rich for me to ever do it again. If they would charge less or perhaps have a walk in rate, it would be awesome.
Did you shave any strokes off of your game. $600 for 5 months isnt bad when you have access to a pro to help you out. Plus they break out into to payments instead of giving all the money up front. Plus you get to use equipment they have to tell you what the best golf ball for you is and ball flight etc.
Is there a deal for College students? Also they are not in Ottawa for 4 weeks during the Christmas break....
I heard that they are having an open house this Saturday from 10-3. That will give you a good opportunity for you to try before you buy.
Ok thanks Travis - I will be attending
I signed up a few years ago. It was very helpful for my game and I played my best golf at the beginning of the following season. However after all that winter hitting I developed golfers/tennis elbow and ended up ruining the rest of that season. As others have posted you have to go out a lot to make it worth the money. I went out at least 3 times a week I guess my elbow couldn't take it. :)
They are installing a new chipping and putting area. This is the only reason I'd return. Just can't take another winter of smacking a ball into a net….
The perfect place to make big swing changes....slowly....over and over...
