There is only so much that can be done with the land because of rules and regulation set forth by the NCC. No where did I say it was to be sold housing developers--I said golf course developers. If the tight regulations were changed perhaps developers with more money would invest in the endeavor. We have 2 courses within the city proper with the potential to draw a full t-sheet every day--why can they not be improved any faster? Sure the green fee will be increased but folks will pay for quality. The problem is that there is not enough development $$ with the smaller management companies. I AM NOT bashing the present companies---I am only saying !!!! :-) The fellas at Pine View have done a great job and it shows - but look around.
