Clubs currently accepting new members for 2023?

Ive been hunting for a club that is currently accepting new members for next year.

Club link has openings and I would be looking at $3600+tax. Im on the waitlist right now for Greensmere and Hylands. I am 29 so if there are intermediate spots available that's a bonus aswell. I have looked into Rivermead but the category for my age group including the new member fee installment is around $6500 which is a little steep for me.

Im located pretty centrally and willing to drive 30ish minutes, maybe a little more. Im also hoping that the club I would join would have a range that I can get to on days I am not playing a round.
