Fellow OGers, anyone use the Maxfli Tour / x or have any feedback on them? I have been trying to find a sleeve to try but haven't been lucky. The typical online feedback compares it to the ProV1 / X and I do understand that reflection of the ball's performance is what the user does with it. Yet I'm interested to see your thoughts and see if it's worth using over the ProV1 or the TM Tour Response. TIA.
I used them last season a few times , I thought both were excellent.
I use Prov1 or chrome soft , and they are comparable.
I would definitely recommend them.
I tried the Maxfli Tour last year and found it to be consistent with the characteristics of a top of the line urethane ball like Chrome Soft, TP5 and the Pro V. I would say Maxfli is trying to break back into the ball market with this offering. I remember playing the Maxfli Blue Max and the Black Max years ago but havent heard much of them since.
