Nope, I drive by there everyday and I have yet to see a car there.

Argh, I wanted to hit some balls this weekend. Maybe i'll take a drive over to Manotick and see if the range there is open...........
Drove by Pineview on the way home and they have their flags on the greens.
just got this. Woohoo!
Stonebridge opening April; 6th

Any word on when Loch March will open? I've got $150 in GCs I'm itching to burn through!!
They are usually one of the last to open so I'm guessing another couple of weeks.
A few times for sure.
They aren't open yet, so the next couple of weeks is a give. Plus I still have some LM gift certificates left, plus Belleville, plus Survivor at Greensmere.
Played Stonebridge today. Greens are very long, very slow, and sanded, they are slow, like velcro slow. There was a 30 minute frost delay this morning. They are charging full fees, not yet worth it in my opinion.
Tee boxes and fairways are in good condition, but the fairways are very hard, but not giving much roll.
I won't play there again until June or July when the grass has all grown in better.
It was brutally cold out there today.
I managed a 93 with 5 lost balls, (sad really) and my buddy Paul scored a 76, he's got game, we played from the Blues.
The wind was playing havoc with all shots. We had to play 3 clubs longer than normal, it was that windy.
Did you pay full rate? They have spring rates going according to the website ($55) and Pablo and I played after 2PM and got the spring twilight rate.
It was cool and windy when we played (2:45) and we talked about what it must have been like when you guys teed off. I think it was -6 with the windchill when you guys went out.
Played Equinelle at 8:45 this morning and it was freezing cold out there with very strong winds. Course is in pretty fair shape for this time of year, greens roll well but are very slow as well.
Sorry my bad, we used RM for Stonebridge and paid $45 plus tax and the pro shop guys were threatening to charge us full rate if our RM numbers didn't go through on there system, was a bit strange.
I think they are charging the prices that jeffc quoted above.
Yes it was -6 or -8 when we we teed off, the older lady working as the starter had a winter coat on and gloves and her hands were so cold she could barely write things down on the starters sheet.
We discussed quitting after the first hole, it was that cold. Paul had a toque that he put on, he wore winter gloves over his 2 rain gloves in between shots and I didn't think that far ahead, my ears froze in my OVGA Golf hat and I only had the 1 golf glove. The wind was brutally cold.
Buddy you need to dress for this **** when you play in it!!!
Yes, I have no idea what I was thinking today, I was just so happy to be playing golf today.
played smugglers today 55 with cart excellent shape , greens were fast
Gave Timber Run a run for the money today. Fairways are in super shape. Tee boxes and greens a little shaggy ... but 27 holes at $40 w/cart and nobody around allowing you to hit 3 and 4 shots into greens...I can think of worse ways to spend an afternoon! A great first day of the season...
Greensmere Legacy in great shape. Greens hard and roll very good, like Prescott. $45 walking
Stonebridge slow greens, I did not like
Played Champlain today.
$45. Terrible terrible conditions. Punched greens.
Don't bother at the best of times, but certainly don't pay $45 for a course in it's current condition.
Anyone know when Château Cartier is opening?
Any news on Hammond opening? Booking page says course is "Closed", and no sign of them on the Spring Openings page. Heard they were having staff/$$$$/water issues. Coincidence?
Update: Reply on their web site to my query ... "Course scheduled to open on April 20th! We are still getting the course ready."
All of Clublink is open this Friday, including Hautes Plaines. No more paying public green fees, phew! :)
