Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I was about to buy a driver despite my better judgement!
It was a friends and family code posted on wrx, tcc, etc. that was being used by everyone so TM shut it down.
Lots of people managed to buy stuff, and apparently someone phoned TM and they will honor the purchases that made it through the system.
