Do they make Tour Action 588 wedges in the satin finish? I would love to get a 52 and a 60 to go with my irons, but am wondering if they even make them.

Yes, but very rare. They are called TSC (Tour Satin Chrome). I wish you good luck in that search. :-)
And I guess that makes me the lucky owner of a couple of them. I didn't know they were rare though.
What do you want for them :-)
They're not that rare John, only rare when compared to other Cleveland models which are made by the millions.
In fact when your set of 588 blades came out they made satin 588 wedges to match.
Reid is correct and I should have explained better. Did not mean to imply they are impossible to come by but much more rare than the regular wedges that are massed produced like Reid said.
But also it seems like people are not always eager to part with them. So they must be good! :-)
Ya, I actually found a couple on ebay...60 degree didn't look like it was in very nice shape though, and the 53 was a a lefty. I know that a 51 degree can be bent to 52, but is it possible to bend a 53 back to 52?
Shouldn't be a problem. Its when you start to try to bend cast clubs more than 3 or 4 degrees that problems arise.
