Z101 shaft size?Replace Advice?

Hi, cannot find (other than Japanese) info on shaft replacement options on my z101's. I assume ? all specific shaft models are same size & don't vary from club manufacturer to next on their models?
Since they came with dynamic gold S300 and true temper says tip size of .355 does that mean any shaft of that size can be used as replacement?

Second question if I will look at one with sensicore due to elbow pain, can I buy a used set of clubs with matching shafts to what I want/and or cheap set of pull's matching, and have someone locally do the switch from one set to other (if so any rough idea on fair charge for switch?).

Some manufacturers have used .370 shafts in their irons, but not many.

If they are .355 then any taper shaft can be used. The problem is that there is generally much fewer options in shafts that come in .355 so if you want something specific you may not be able to get it.

If you pull a set of shafts they should play the same. The only caveat is that if the depth of the hosel bore is different they may end up being slightly longer/shorter.

If you want the most flexibility any good clubmaker can ream the hosels to accept .370 shafts.

Thanksf for your info. If my shafts are dynamic gold s300 and true temper site says .355 does that mean my z101's are that size?

Those shafts come in both .355 taper and .370 parallel.

They are probably .355 but the only way to know for sure it to pull one.

I just did a set this past week. They were .355. I reamed them to .370. Graphite would be better than any sensicorefor shock absorbtion. Otherwise prosoft inserts can be used if you don't want to go the sensicore route.

You don't need to pull anything. DG parallel have 1 7/8" steps, DG tapers are 1 3/4" steps. FYI

As I don't want to get into an expensive replacement i.e. heavy graphite shafts I like the steel plus sensicore, thanks for info.
Any idea of expense to switch out a used set with desired shafts into new?
And would anyone know if the fact I switched from reg flex to stiff have something to do with my old elbow pain recurring again.
(note: when I switch back to my fusions with their 'insert' pain is gone).

I have played graphite irons for several years, no elbow pain. This year I have steel (rifle) and my elbows are not happy.

I plan to install these in the next few days:

Both the prosoft and the rubber plug idea look great. I however, need my clubs lengthened an inch, so thats why I though of switching out some pulls or something similar. Don't want to go back to graphite, I had no pain, but less accuracy.

Shark, have you ever tried Rifles?

They are supposed to be more forgiving vibration wise than the DGs.

Also, just curious about the lengthening of 1". That's a pretty bit jump. Are the clubs going to be over standard length?

It's funny I didn't know rifles are supposed to be better vibration wise, but I have a rifle in a wedge and I look forward to it specifically every time I swing it. Might be on to something.
Re: the 1" jump. I have been fitted three times in my life, each time they recommended approx half inch to 3/4" extra above standard due to my height (6'1.5") my wrist to floor measurements, and my stance ( little more upright than avg joe).
The tourstage are from japan and appear slightly shorter than most manu's std. Thats why I said about an inch longer (if using std shafts only about a half in longer).
Guess the japanese market std is a little shorter than normal (no offence).

I've played Rifles (currently using Project X) for the last 8 years or so. No going back to stepped shafts. According to the following link from Royal Precision, they do in fact claim vibration reduction.
