Check out the front page of the Ottawa Citizen today (Sunday the 5th). It seems employees of MDS Nordion have the line on a ball that will go farther. Come on now, I'd like to try one of these balls, any employees out really notice the different or a great marketing ploy.:confused
Nothing really new, irradiating balls was done years ago, I think as far back as the 60's. Yes they go farther. Not permitted in regulation play.
So they really go farther, this is the first I heard about this I thought it was a marketing thing. So it's actually been tested. Crazy golf stuff. Thanks
How would anyone be able to tell if a player is playing with an irradiated ball?
How much extra distance are we talking about?
If his balls glow green, he has had irradiated golf balls in his pocket too long. :D
I doubt you can tell, but golf is a game of honour.
