Does anybody use a foam roller to loosen up their muscles? If so, where did you buy them in Ottawa? Fitness Depot has them for $30, but they must be cheaper somewhere else.

Dont know where else to start this. I am having a problem with glove wear. It always wears only in my thumb (right at the joint) and usually wears after about 5 games or so. What could cause this? Would it be from how hard I grip the club? It is just another expense that I would like to...

Anyone try a pair of Geox shoes? Supposed to be waterproof and breathable. Only place that sells them seems to be GT and some googling seems to suggest they are in the Ecco category of premium golf shoe. Just wondering if anyone has given them a try.
