O.K. all of you Scotty nuts:P , If I decide to buy a scotty off of ebay in the next year which one would you suggest to get for my first one. I probably wouldn't spend over 200 dollars used(U.S.) and I would like a more upright model so I can get my eyes over the ball and easily clear my right leg.

I might be under a wrong impression but I'm pretty sure that I've seen somewhere that these putters, because of their specs, are not legal for tournament play. Am I right? If so, is there any "Grandfathering provision" in the USGA or RCGA rules that provides that putters produced before "x" date...
