I do not know very much about Scotty Cameron putters...I've been mostly an Odyssey man. A friend of a friend wants to selling his used Studio Stainless 303 Pro platinum Newport 2.5 in good condition. With no headcover nor scotty grip. I might be interested. Is the pro platinum model the old one...

Does only the scotty cameron "mallet" putters come in different length and weights? Do their blade putters come in different lengths with different putter head weights?

I just order a 33" Studio Select Newport 1.5 and assume the standard weight is 360g. Is my assumption correct? I did not specify the weight when I order it. Do the weights come in 10g, 15g and 20g amounts? Looking forward to my first Scotty.

I was wondering if Scotty Cameron will be creating Studio Design/Circa type putters with different lengths and head weights(like the Studio Select models). Anyone hear anything?

i heard that the detour didnt get very good reviews when it was released i just switched to it from a red x and i thought the red x was sweet also, i noticed that at golftown they must have over 15 detours on the shelf and only 1 blade style cameron left personally, i dont like the blade...

Is sending to the Custom Shop the only option to change out the weights on an existing Studio Select? Looks like it would cost over $100.00 CDN just to add 10 grams of headweight ($45.00, plus shipping, plus exchange,etc).

I purchased a Scotty Cameron studio design 5 putter from ebay last year for a great price but the only downside was that it did not have a headcover. I was wondering if studio design 5's fit in the normal headcover or if they need a special bigger one becuase of the design. Thank you Dan.
