  2. Thumbs up Improve your swing, physical condition

This is a physical condition training made to improve your swing. It takes about 60 mins and the repetitions have been calculated for an average fit player, but, obviuously, you can adapt them to your needings. http://www.gymarchive.com/public/show_training.php?training=141&language=en ...

I keep seeing infomercials on The Golf Channel for the inside approach swing trainer. I guess it's obvious that I have no faith in infomercial testimonials. I...

  16. Instruction the way to go

Why does everyone seek quick fixes, when instruction is the way to go? I know its expensive, but so is playing 120 rounds with a lousy score. Once you are aware of the fundamentals and your own swing, you can implement fixes, but until then, you're fixing a boeing engine with bubble gum.
