anyone know of any good courses out there ? My cousin said he is really close to oakland if that helps. Cheap and good if possile ;)

Just wondering what the process is. How much of a surcharge am I going to pay? Is it by weight? Will they be handled with care (flying WestJet)? Any suggestions? I'd love to take them as carry on and practice putting at 10,000 feet, but I don't think they'd let me! :-)
