Just got a "Demo" Cobra 9.5* L5V with the factory stiff Diamana Redboard. I have tried the club and it performs well. However, the word demo is etched on the sole of the club. Can I use this driver for tournament play?

I am a low-mid handicap golfer and have developed arthritis in several of my fingers. I am finding it dificult to maintain a light grip now because of lack of feel and am experiencing pain on contact. Does anyone have any recommendations on any of the soft arthritic grips on the market?
