OK, I like Ovechkin, but after the hit tonight, I think he has to be suspended. He is a bit too reckless out there. Superstar or not, he needs to be sent a message by the league. I hope he is not seriously injured, but if he is, it is all his own fault.

Dion Phaneuf's hit on Denis Hamel was a great hit... but, was it interference? Later in the game Roman Hamrlik was called for interferring with an Ottawa player on a very similar play - ie, Ottawa player dumps the puck in and attempts to go chase it and is prevented from doing so by Hamrlik. ...
