Does anyone know what the 'rules' for arbitration are? I heard that the arbitrator cannot decide on a figure, he either awards what the player wants or what the team wants to pay. This makes no sense to me as this is not really 'arbitrating'

Just read on Canoe.ca that Mucks has had meetings with a few teams to move Havlat. Looks like he may have played his last game in a Sens uniform.

Any thoughts. Seems like a decent deal. I guess only time will tell.
