This one has me stumped except for 1-4 perhaps. May a player deliberately aim directly at the bag or cart of a fellow competitor in order to negotiate a difficult stroke? Is there any difference between the FC's bag and a brick wall used for a ricochet in this situation?

Is it permitted to have a Condition of Competition requiring players to mark their balls and show the mark(s) to the starter before teeing off?
