Do you test for the CPM on an installed Project X Iron shaft the same as you would for a DG or is it a different method with the PX?

Hey guys. I'm currently looking at buying a pulled Accra T70 off of another website. It's an M5 Flex. I believe this is X stiff, the Accra website says it plays to 289 CPMs. Just how stiff do you guys think this beast would be.

When you see that a shaft frequency is say, 265. on the manufacturers shafts website. Would this be for a finished club, say driver including grip, or do you have to add or subtract anything from that number to get the finished actual frequency?.
