Just recently completed a deal and got a set of Ping ISI-S (the stainless model) that will probably need the grooves re-done. I've read up on some people using a dremmel tool to redo the grooves. Just curious, seeing as how the Pings don't have a chrome finish, would the dremmel be the way to go?...

If a driver has a stated loft of 10* (assuming tolerances are tight and it's a true 10*) but has a 2* closed face, what would the actual loft of the driver be? I can't remember if I heard a closed face adds loft or lowers the loft. Thanks in advance.

If I was to take a 40" shaft and add a 1" extension, would it play long enough for a 4/5 wd? I don't like adding more than 1" when an extension is needed, so if this is not possible it won't be a route I'll pursue.
