Hi, I am shorter than average (5'6'') and was looking to get my irons cut down. Probably atleast an inch. I have a couple of questions. How will this affect my shaft stiffness after they are cut? Will I lose a considerable amount of distance by doing this? Hope you lads can help me out!

The price of grips is extortionate in Canada. When I go down to the States, I’ve bought Lamkin Crosslines on sale for as little as $3.56cdn, but golfworks has them for $7.25 and they never go on sale. Where can I get grips for less money?
