Anyone know if Golfworks has a boxing week sale on grips or any sale anytime???:book

Has anyone received a 2008 Golfworks catalog yet? Unless mine magically went into the recycle box without my knowledge I don't think mine has arrived yet but I've received both Golfsmith and Wishon.

To all of you Ottawa area clubmakers. Unlike myself, you have easy access to the Golfworks outlet and have likely tried out some of their irons. I'm thinking of making a set for myself so I wondered if you could give me some feedback on any irons that you have tried out.

So i was in Golfworks yesterday and it now seems that ALL of there prices have gone up. Golf pride Multicompound grips went from $7.25 to $9.75. They told me that everthing has gone up in price! Looks like i am looking for a new type of grip for a while $143 for 13 is a bit much!

I went to get some grips today, Winn Excel and they had gone from $4.30 to $6.20 since the last time I bought them which was probably late last fall. Anyone see any massive price increases there?

Does anyone here know the price of the Grip One Mid Cord Grips from Golfworks? There is a VB issue with their site, and the price isn't listed online. I was hoping someone had a catalogue or experience with these grips that might know. Thanks in advance, rockford35

I have a Grafalloy Epic 68X pull from my 3-wood which I bought used. I'm not sure if the shaft was tipped because it didn't feel like an X when I was using the 3-wood. I love the Graffalloy Blue, its gives me a nice low flight and low spin that I need with my swing. However I thought with all of the new technology advancements, there must be a shaft out there that gives me the low flight of the Blue, with the added benefits on technology.
