Ok summer is officially here---played the Canadian yesterday----really great shape---starting to see a little burn but Mark is doing a fantastic job----the new 17th is really a "risk-reward" hole. Maybe he should have left the bridge to 18--a little longer walk but less confusing ???? My .02 :-)

Played Manderley this morning. They had their hybrid 19 hole course going. Majority of the course was dry and the greens wintered well. My understanding is the remaining holes will be opening during the week.

I usually start the calling of places like Nation or Calabogie around this time of year to get estimations of their opening dates. They tend to get a little annoyed so I haven't started yet this year. Has anyone made the first call or the first few calls, and got an update on an E.T.T....
