I'm already thinking about the 2007 season and becoming a member at a club. Any club to recommend ? Based on the course, membership fee, the facility, services, how crowded the place gets, early tee off privileges...

After golfing 40+ times this year I have come to the decision to join one of the frequent player clubs like Reservation Masters or Executive Golf next season. Can some current members please let me know the pros and cons involved with each 'club'? Are there any other similar programs? I live in...

I keep seeing posts about slow play and the frustration is causes... But does anyone really have a true definition of "slow play"? Is anything more than 4 hour rounds slow play? or 4:15? or 4:30? I am sure that most courses would be very happy with 4h30m rounds, but I am betting many people...

I played Nation April 09. The fairways were dry, however the thawing created all these little craters in the fairways. I hope they flatten out when the ground thaws. FYI: They filled in the fairway bunker on 10 with sod, so no need to worry about that pesky hazard. :)

Anyone hear of any rumours on the lineup/schedule for this year? I know the golfshow is only 2 weeks away and they will announce then, but after hitting balls this weekend I'm really getting the itch to get out there!

Played Manderley this morning. They had their hybrid 19 hole course going. Majority of the course was dry and the greens wintered well. My understanding is the remaining holes will be opening during the week.

We have one for mapleview but none for all the places. Every year someone starts one and it's a great resource to check on all the courses in the area. I'll be playing LVM on Saturday so I can give an update on that one then. Anyone gotten out yet and have some info to share?:pig:pig:pig

I know 2 rideauview view and royal ottawa are on the top 100 score magazine What others r good? ? In terms of layout, difficulty, condition I've only played highland, kanata and Canadian. Not as good as I was led to believe. I would have to say I like Canadian the best so far

I was there today. I was surprised at how good the greens were rolling, considering we're in March. Had two temporary greens though, but was just so nice to just be out there. I didn't find it too wet. 25$ plus Hst is not a bad deal right now, and it showed because it was packed!
