Was just there for a couple days, it was around 20 with sunshine. Glad I didn't bother to go out and play though lol. Must be nice being able to play all year long, but at the same time it's nice to have an off season to heal and reflect, get a fresh start etc... I hit balls last week :)

Stéphane Richer (former NHL player) has closed the Montpellier golf course in the village of the same name. The course was founded in 1964. It was (is) for sale for $2.5 million. The course was famous for it's par 3 island green in the shape of the Canadiens logo.

Looking for a good miniputt for young kids in the east/central or Hull part of town? I've been to Capital and it's terrible, Innes Road Golfland is OK. The best I've tried so far has been 19th tee but it is a bit far for my taste. thanks

Played this course yesterday with leftylucas, and the course was in fantastic shape. It was well worth the drive to play.

Thought I'd try White Tail today between Coben and Eganville. Took about an hour from Kanata. Wow! What a gem and what a nice surprise. We loved it. It was fun and challenging. I see there are always lots of open Tee times for Reservation master members and I was wondering why people are not going there. Is it too expensive or too hard. What is the story ?

Thinking really hard in making the membership switch to Renfrew next year. I have played the course many times before but wanted to see if any memebers on this board had any feedback. Any pros and cons would be great.
