I think they did a pretty good job creating the online show this year. Of course, an in-person show is always better, but under the circumstances they created something very unique. I watched a video created by David Hearn, specifically for the show...so that was pretty neat.

I just viewed some webcam shots from Brockville and there is little if any snow there but my scan was limited. I am calling the Prescott later just on the off chance they will be open. The weather is crappy this weekend but Friday is looking really good at 10°. Hopefully we will get lucky.

Why 'o' why do courses use the same colored flags for everyhole. We played The Meadows yesterday. All of the holes had the same blue and white striped flags on the greens no matter if the hole was at the front middle or back of the green. Maybe this is just an anomally but I don't play there...

I played at Stonebridge today and was given a 'temporary' scorecard. They've re-measured and re-rated the course and the new cards aren't ready yet. The new card does have the new yardages and course rating / slope. Get this... the course now measures a little shorter than it did originally...

Congratulation go out to my friend Chris (Gropper) who shot his first ever even par round of 71 at Stonebridge today, obliterating his previous PB of 75. Way to go buddy. :-)

I thought I would start a thread where people could list courses that have starting aerating/sanding greens, etc. Nothing worse than showing up to play a course where the greens are all punched, so I thought people could check here first before heading out.
